What to expect
- Most appointments are remote online notarizations, conducted by secure video
- Appointments typically run about 30 minutes, with a short buffer for setup
- A minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required before an appointment time
- Appointments can generally be scheduled up to 30 days in advance
- A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for identity verification
Hours
Monday–Friday 6 PM–12 AM, Saturday 10 AM–6 PM, Sunday by appointment. Limited late-night remote availability until 1 AM is offered when possible but never guaranteed nightly.

What happens after you submit a request
- Wells Notary Service reviews your request, confirms eligibility and availability, and calculates the final price for your document(s)
- Wells Notary Service will contact you by phone or email to confirm your appointment and arrange payment
- After payment is complete, Wells Notary Service will privately send you a secure link to upload your documents before the appointment
